Getting a New Website - What's the Process?

Overview of a Basic Website Setup Process After you sign up, we will call you to confirm the design style you want, and finalize your requirements. If you already have one or more domains, we will need your username/password and the name of the registrar you purchased it from. If you don’t have a domain name, we can purchase one for you on your behalf. If you require email accounts to be setup, we will need to know what account names and passwords you would like established for each. Next, we will begin the construction phase of your new website. This phase of the project will take place on a development environment that is not visible to the public but just to you and us. We will set the new site up based on the information you have provided relative to things like main navigation links, addition of your church logo, colour, and more.

Once we have setup and installed the new website we send you an email that contains a link to the new website. It is at this stage of the project where you can make any minor modifications. Once you are satisfied with your new website, we will promote the status of your new website to “Live” and will help you setup the email accounts you require. The entire setup process can take up to 2 weeks and is dependant on how quickly we can obtain necessary information from you.
