Are there contracts or agreements to sign for any products / services?
We create a work order for every order submitted, and the scope of work determines whether or not contracts / agreements are required. Many of the services we provide (i.e. - web hosting, telco, branded eMail) are monthly plans and may be cancelled at any time.

If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. We do not prorate for partial months so basically, if you decide to cancel on say the 5th of a month you're going to be billed for that entire month.

Can I purchase an eMail list from Canunify?
Sorry, we do not sell lists of any kind nor do we allow you to use purchased lists with any of our services. This is considered SPAM and can result in the termination of your account (s) with us. If you are looking for ways to grow your network, contact us to learn more about our products and services.

When will my new website show up on Google or other Search Engines?
When we finish programming your new website it is submitted to all the major Search Engines for indexing. Since they receive many new sites everyday it takes time to index them. Be patient and your website should show up soon.

NOTE: There is no guarantee where Google or other search engines will rank your website. We offer an add-on service called Search Engine Optimization (SEO for short) whereby we work with you to get your site to rank higher for certain keyword terms. This is not included as part of the base package and is an add-on cost.

Do I have to host my website through Canunify on your servers?
If we are building your website then the answer is yes. The web application is developed to run on a specific environment and therefore websites must be hosted there. This does mean that the website is not portable or transferrable, and does not mean that other services (i.e. - Branded eMail, eCards, eNewsletters) are not.

This web solution is not transferrable to other servers.
