2. An email credit is required for each mail item dispatched through the system. Once you send a mail item through the system, there are no refunds.
3. For members of the Pay as You Go Plan, email credits are added to your account at the time of purchase.
4. For members of the Monthly Payment Plan, email credits expire at the end of each month. At the beginning of each month your account is automatically charged, and the number of email credits purchased are allocated to you account. To cancel / transfer between plans, please contact us via phone or email to authorize the necessary changes to your account.
